I really like billable hours but there's nothing like sitting for hours on a support call changing configurations and then changing them back - four, six, eight hours of my life down the drain and all I have to look forward to is another call from Oracle Support tomorrow... and that's only Hyperion. Oh, and in the afternoon their Support website "MetaLink" goes down. It's java (Sun) based... What ever happened to Larry whining about Bill buying and screwing up good software? Anti-trust anyone?... nope. The motto is "if you can't beat'em, join'em". Oracle, expensive for what you get… ever use Oracle Support?
