What seems like a nice photo shoot actually caused the markets to temporarily drop this morning. Turns out the FAA, and Port Authority approved the photo op of Air Force One flying around lower Manhattan today. Which would have been probably pretty neat except for no one told the people of NY. So here is a 747 screaming towards down town, banking away, followed by a fighter jet escort. As you can imagine, most of the financial district was evacuated, causing the market dip. As my friend Brian put it, “Crapsticks!”
